I don't think that season 3 was or is a mistake. It's action packed and that's what prison break should be. People are just angry coz of Sara/Sarah..
One day I looked at the sky, a bird came and shit in my eye, I didn't laugh, I didn't cry, I was just happy the cows can't fly...

I personally was always angry for steeling from us the S2 happy-end. But I was giving S3 still a chance, because they could give us anyway a happy-end. Since Sara is dead, there is for me no other way of having a better end then in S2. So I don't recognize this season. ;)

People seem a little bitter about Sara's death. lol
Again, I wanna say that her death is not the end of the world. Her death is one story in the bigger story of PB. You didn't see the Kman fans and I boycott the show when he died. lol

Speedy wrote:As I see in your icon you are a Lincoln-Fan, so it doesn't surprise. But I can assure you that it was never the originally point of the show. I saw in "Making of" from Prison Break that they only created the Lincoln character to give Michael a reason to go into a prison and break out. Michael Scofield was the only original main character and all others (including Lincoln, Sara, Veronica, LJ, etc.) where only created to make the show complete.

Well, that's interesting. I'm also a T-Bag, a Sucre, a KMan, and an LJ fan, but I dont think theyre the main characters. lol

And if you'll re-read what I wrote, you'll realize I never said Linc is the central character. I said the story is about getting his life back together; even if that does involve Michael more than he.

You look at things more in the, "who did what?" way, while I look them in a "why did he/she do it?" I hope you see what I'm getting at. ;)

And no one answered my question before. *shrug

i don't think it was a mistake either.. S3 is rougher, brutal, harder than S1+2, it really keeps me on the edge of my seat.

i've said it before, i'll say it again, sara's death was a shock, but it's a show. more likely more people that we love will die towards the end, and in my eyes, that's kinda logic too..
but i admit, sometimes i too have questions about S3.. so the company framed linc, KNOWING michael was gonna break him out, run to panama, in some way get into sona, just to break whistler out... how could they have known?? but i love prison break, it's a great show, it's good drama. it's got everything;drama, action, love stories, deaths, you think about it, can't wait to see the rest, and off course, hotties hotties HOTTIES!!

I said "yes" because I did not like the way they killed off Sara. I'd have much rather her died of the overdose than in this horrific way. It should have ended with Sara getting the guys drinks and them sailing into the sunset, finding a woman for Linc on the way. I only watched it last night, and I couldn't sleep because I just couldn't believe it was Sara's head in the box.

In anyway, because SWC decided not to come back, I think nothing would've satisfied the fans...Sara being recast...or Sara mysteriously disappearing....or continuing the body double...and most of all the decapitation. The fact that the fans wouldn't get to see SWC in the show was the problem.

I'll still watch PB because I love WM, but I think they should just end with S3. I really, really, REALLY DON'T want to see Michael finding another love interest. It should end with The Company going down in a bad way, and the brothers go to some island to open a surf shop and the last scene should be Michael in a hammock falling asleep and dreaming of the date he promised Sara!

I agree with you there, Lesley, how could they have known Michael was going to take the blame for Sara shooting Bill Kim, conveniently getting thrown into Sona for the purposes of The Company??? And don't you think the police arrived rather quickly...I mean they arrived just seconds after Sara shot Mr. Kim...and I thought they were in a pretty remote area. It's like the Panamanian police knew ahead of time that something was going to happen at the boat. So yes, even though I said it should've ended with S2, I would like to see the writers answer all these questions by the end of S3. So many questions....

Okie, So Linc & Michael were the main characters in the show... and Sara was pretty much just an add on... Sara didnt acctually have a mission/meaning to this show apart from making Michael happy, to keep Sara in this show is kind of a story dragging on. Michael chased her throughout the whole of Season 2, He was with her for the whole of Season 1 and also Sara didnt acctually have anything else to achieve. She got with Michael, they had a wonderful time... Its just like C-Note when he left because his time was done, he got back with his family, like with Tweener, he got to see that girl one last time...

Get my point?

maybe some poeple just havent posted on it...i'd like to say, i dont think people who are choosing not to watch should get so much slack. i mean, if its not entertaining you and your not going to enjoy watching, why bother? if Sara was their favourite part and they want to stop watching cause she isnt in it its fair enough...its like diet coke (lol, lame comparison i know), lots of people dont like it without the sugar, so the dont buy it. its as simple as that. its not out of spite...for the record, i will continue to watch until i feel it has gone too far and i cant recognise the show anymore.

I voted yes. And I know you think I voted yes because Sara has been killed off, but no that's not my (only) point. I mean I like this new storylines and all, but to me 2 seasons would have been perfect for this show. The main reason why I liked season 3 was that Michael and Sara could have a real relationship, and the story closure and a happy end. But that's not gonna happen :(. But if Michael and Sara had a better relationship in season 2, I would be comfortable with 2 seasons. And apartfrom the MiSa thing: I think the storyline is streched out too much.

I don't think Season 3 was a mistake. I understand how all the MiSa fans must be feeling but you have to remember there are other characters with their own agendas in the show. For instance Linc and LJ. I was never a fan of MiSa and I have to say I was expecting that she would end up dead after all the publicity of Sarah's non-return. I was more shocked over Veronica's exit to be honest. There is more to Prison Break than just MiSa....and now I shall hide so I don't get hurt while all you MiSa shippers throw hard objects at me :hide:

You guys are feeling the same way as how I was feeling when The All Blacks choked at the world cup. I was devastated. But I am over it now and still love my team. All you MiSa Shippers have shown great devotion to your favourite pairing. Just continue to watch. You will become involved with the show again without MiSa. I promise you xx

I don't think they framed Linc to get Michael to break him out & flee to Panama. What happened is that once the brothers ended up in Panama, the company came up with an idea to get Michael into Sona. They had T-Bag kill that female and tried to fram Michael with it. But Michael got away and Belick was caught for the murder instead. Then they had Mahone get the brothers. The plan was to kill Lincoln & frame Michael for the murder. But they got away and Kim followed them. Kim called the police because he was about to kill Linc and frame Michael. But Sara killed Kim, but the cops were already on their way.

I voted "NO". As long as there are enough people who enjoy the show then there's no reason to end it. Why end the show because some people are upset. That's not fair to the people who still like it.

And I never saw S2 as a proper ending. Having Linc shadow MiSa on a boat to the MiSa paradise was not my idea of happiness. As a Linc fan, I wanted LJ there too. Give me MiSa & Linc/LJ and that would have been a proper ending. Without LJ, the ending was incomplete for me. And I would have had no closure after the kiss off LJ gave to Linc on the phone. Just like some ship MiSa, I ship Linc/LJ. :)
