Nah, just look above your comment lol.
Well, its a good job they broke up when the kids are young as they wont fully understand what is going on, unlike if they were older, it would hurt them much more.

This is sad news. :( I hate that 'We're still friends!'. It's so cliche.

Are you sure about that? I think because they're younger, the parents would find it more difficult to explain. I dunno though since I've never gone through this.

Ive gone through it. My brother had a horrible time, since my parents split up when i was 2, and he was about 10 so he knew what was going on, he fully understood and everything. He said im lucky that i dont know anything about it.

i disagree , i think when your are little and one of your parent is no longer there and you don't know why , it a lot harder to adapt to the new situation , b/c you keep waiting for him / her to come back.
when you are older and your parents can sit you down and explain it is still sad and horrible, but you can start recover from this.
can you tell that i grow up with a psychologist as a mom.

well my brother is going through a divorce at the moment and he has a 2 year old daughter you would think it's not easy on her but she's only 2 years she doesn't really know what 's going on, my brother left his wife in may and his little girl is doing fine. i think me and my mom are having the most difficulties with it. :D
in the week and every other weekend she's with her mom and every other weekend with her dad.
i think what's really important that my brother and his soon to be ex-wife never fought they can still talk to eachother, that's good for my niece

Oh I see...I kinda meant when they're young (between say 8 and 12 years old) vs. Teens, it would be harder on the younger one.

I don't know. I just make assumptions. But you're right.
