[/align]I was driving home from work tonight and was listening to a station out of Chicago. Sarah Wayne Callies was on it talking about Prison Break and her pregnancy. She's SO funny! Anyways, what caught my attention was the DJ asked her when she was due and she said 'not too long away, in the summer' and then they asked her if she was going to be taking time off and she said she was going to take some maternity leave.
They asked her what effect it would have on the show and she said she would be missing 'a couple of episodes, but only about 2 or 3 max.' She said that everyone with the show has been really great and her pregnancy never really seemed to be that big of an issue in regards to filming because her character being away for a few episodes actually ties in nicely with her storyline. She did say that she would pre-tape a voice over and a couple small scenes for Season 3, before Season 2 wraps, as to explain to the audience Sara's current predicament. She said that the audience would have a full explanation as to why her character is absent.
Then, the DJ said, so you WILL be in the episodes, but they will just be pre-taped scenes? She said, yeah, but they would be extremely minor appearances in she thinks one of the episodes. She said she probably wouldn't be back filming with the rest of the cast until about 2/3 episodes into Season 3. She said she is starting to show in her pregnancy a lot more now, so they are constantly shooting her from the front and from the neck or chest up.
Then she commented on how she loved working with Wentworth and Dominic. She said it was a lot of fun and they had a blast together during their scenes. She said she had done most of her acting work on Prison Break with Wentworth, so she's very comfortable around him and it was really great to work with Dominic, as they haven't had many scenes together at all. Then the radio guy asked her if she would ever work with T-bag and she said, "For my character's sake, I HOPE NOT!" Haha! Then they joked that the day she works with T-bag is probably the day she is going to be killed off. So, she should stay away from Robert Knepper. LOL! Then Sara said, “OH…you know Michael would save her!” LOL! You had to be there to listen to it and find it as humorous as I did. LOL!
Then she said that her pregnancy doesn't look like it was going to be written into the show at all; she commented on the shows timeline. That they are just covering her up and shooting her from different angles and the plot hasn't shifted in that direction. They joked that it could be Michael's baby and they could raise it in Panama together with Uncle Linc! LOL! She laughed and said, "Yeah, I could call him MJ and he'll come out with a full set of sleeves, just like his Dad." LOL! Then she said, that Sara and Michael haven't consummated their relationship, so...it wouldn’t fit into the storyline. Then the DJ said, "well, they can always write in a quickie in the bathroom stall...you two do seem to like bathrooms…" and the woman DJ said, "he is the ONLY one who could be the father...they need to get rid of the third wheel and find a bathroom." Then SWC said, "Yeah, do you think Pope would mind if they used his?" LOL! It was so funny!! It might not sound funny when I write it, but it was hysterical!

But sarah looks weird on that pic. she looks fatter(I dont know how to say that, but thats not very weird after her pregnancy
)

Dear Mikey I love you with all my cookie heart!

Question: What do you make of Sarah Wayne Callies' departure from Prison Break? Would a new TV series be reluctant to cast an actor who had made it difficult to wrap up a storyline on their previous show?— Danny J.
Matt Roush: My glib response when this subject comes up is to say: Sara (the character) and Sarah (the actor) are the lucky ones, to be well rid of this increasingly ridiculous (and nowadays disgustingly sweaty) series. But seriously, I doubt the actress will suffer much for opting for motherhood over work at this point in her and the show's life. I'm betting she's as surprised as anyone that Prison Break is still around. Michael Ausiello has tracked this situation exhaustively, so I'll beg off weighing in on the details of the negotiations. I did, however, think the way the show disposed of the character was characteristically tasteless, clumsy and obvious.
